Kelly D. Harris, Professional Engineer & President
Kelly Harris, a Licensed Professional Engineer, earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2004. As owner, president, and principal engineer at Keystone, she is responsible for engineering analysis, design, and consulting as well as business development. Prior to founding Keystone, Ms. Harris held engineering positions at Stillwater Engineering and Consulting and the Benham Companies in Oklahoma City.
Ms. Harris has managed and designed residential developments, commercial developments, and public projects across the state. Her experience includes roadway and bridge design/reconstruction, intersection design, commercial and residential development planning, master planning, site layouts, hydrologic design, hydraulic analysis, drainage and detention facilities design, and utility design. Project management responsibilities include utility coordination, right-of-way planning, construction sequencing, traffic control, signing and striping, and construction estimation.
Carey E. Harris, Professional Licensed Surveyor & Vice President
Carey Harris, a Professional Land Surveyor, has over ten years of land surveying experience with an emphasis on civil and construction surveying. At Keystone, Mr. Harris oversees the field department and participates actively in boundary surveys and client consultations. He also has the lead role in equipment and technology acquisition to keep Keystone on the leading edge of the industry.
At Keystone and in previous project management and civil design coordination positions at Stillwater Engineering and Consulting and the Benham Companies, Mr. Harris has managed surveying projects, scheduling, and earthwork design. His experience includes grading design, earthwork calculations, design-ready surveys of many types, right-of-way planning, boundary calculations, and construction staking.
