HollabaughSTILLWATER, Okla. – Steven Hollabaugh, E.I., C.F.M., has joined Keystone as an engineer intern. Hollabaugh earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2010 and brings the company experience in hydraulic/hydrologic design, road design, and stream/river mechanics and restoration. He will work under the supervision of Kelly Harris, P.E.

Before coming to Keystone, Hollabaugh worked for Cobb Engineering Company in Tulsa, Okla., both as an engineer intern and student intern. At Cobb, his responsibilities included hydraulic/hydrology design, waterline design, transportation design, stream restoration design, site design, and pavement and construction management on projects throughout Oklahoma. Prior to this position, he was an engineer intern at SemMaterials, L.P, and Tulsa Dynaspan Inc, where his duties included research reporting, asphalt mix design and performance testing, and design and construction of pre-cast concrete structures.

With Hollabaugh on the Keystone team, the company adds broader experience, particularly in hydraulic/hydrologic design, as well as greater capacity to meet client needs in a wide range of transportation, energy/utility, commercial, and residential projects.
