E. Leon Lee, P.L.S., Joins Keystone
Stillwater, Oklahoma – Keystone Engineering and Surveying has welcomed E. Leon Lee, P.L.S., to the Keystone surveying team. Since coming on board in August 2013, he has assumed responsibility for various surveying projects, including ODOT surveys for highways, boundary section breakdowns, and bridges, as well as pipeline projects and other public and private surveys.
Lee completed his Associate’s Degree in Land Surveying in 2000 at the University of Arkansas Community College in Morrilton, Arkansas. While in school, he worked for ETC Engineering in Little Rock, Arkansas. After completing his degree, he worked at CEI Engineering in Bentonville, Arkansas; Sand Creek Engineering & Landscape Architecture in Bentonville; H2 Engineering in Little Rock; and AMD Engineering in Lubbock, Texas. He is currently licensed in both Oklahoma and Arkansas.
With the addition of Lee, the Keystone surveying team increases its capacity to meet client goals. Lee brings a breadth of experience that adds value to every project and grows Keystone’s capabilities.
