For the new Cavender's store in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Keystone managed site design, grading, drainage, and ODOT compliance regarding access to/from US Highway 177/Perkins Road. Unique to this project, Keystone was asked to anticipate development of adjacent commercial sites scheduled to begin in 2014; site designs accommodate those requests and are expected to streamline ongoing construction.
