Keystone performed site analysis and developed grading, roadway, parking, storm-water, utility, and construction layout plans for eighty independent and assisted living units in six buildings. Due to site topography, including a thirty foot elevation change, and location near residential subdivions, Keystone employed a planned unit development model, engaging the public and city officials in the planning process. Keystone won approval for the project to proceed. Waterline extension of the public main and improvement of offsite water lines were required to ensure levels of service to area residents were maintained.
